We're Sam and Rob, the founders of Surf Performance Systems.

For the past 15 years, we've been coaching surfers of all levels from our performance gym in Cornwall UK – from weekend warriors looking to catch a few more waves to professional athletes pushing the boundaries of the sport.

We created Surf Performance Systems because we wanted to make this level of knowledge and expertise available to everyone, not just those who can train with us in person.

After taking a detailed look at the needs analysis of surfing, we understood one thing clearly: it's an extremely physical sport that demands specific training approaches.
